Over 26 Years of BCBA-Owned Leadership
Founded in January of 2000 by Cheryl Reiser, Strategies, Inc. began in a modest 500-square-foot office with a single client and a clear mission: to provide the highest standard of individualized behavior-analytic care for children and adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
Today, Strategies Inc operates across Florida, Maryland, Georgia, California, and Tennessee, contracting and employing approximately 90 dedicated professionals including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical support staff.

Every intervention is grounded in the rigorous scientific principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with ongoing data collection and objective assessment.
Family & Community Centered
We provide services in real-world settings—homes, schools, and community centers—empowering parents and caregivers through structured training.
Experienced Supervision
All treatment plans and direct RBT sessions are closely supervised by seasoned BCBAs with extensive experience solving complex behavior challenges.
